Pricing & What’s Included

One monthly rate. No care levels, no add-on fees for basic personal care.

How we price

Most assisted living communities quote a base rent and then add a care level on top, reassessed periodically — which means the number you were quoted on the tour is not the number you end up paying. Families find that out in month four.

We price by room type. Personal care, medications, meals, laundry, housekeeping and transport are included at every level of need. If she needs more help next year than she does today, the rate does not move because of it.

Room Monthly rate Included
Companion room (shared) Call for current rate All personal care · medication administration · three meals plus snacks · housekeeping · laundry · transport to medical appointments · 24-hour care and support · activities · utilities and Wi-Fi
Private room, shared bath Call for current rate
Private room, private bath Call for current rate
Respite / short stay Call for current rate Everything above, billed weekly, one-week minimum

Rates depend on the room available and the level of care needed, so we quote them on the phone rather than publishing a number that turns out not to apply to your family.

What costs extra

A short and complete list, so there are no surprises:

  • Incontinence supplies, if she prefers a specific brand to ours
  • Hairdressing and personal salon visits
  • Her own prescriptions and medical copays
  • Non-medical outings and personal purchases
  • A one-time community fee at move-in

Paying for it

Private pay

Most families. Often funded from a house sale, savings, or pooled between siblings.

Long-term care insurance

If she holds a policy, it very likely covers assisted living. We provide the documentation your insurer needs.

VA Aid & Attendance

Wartime veterans and surviving spouses can qualify for a meaningful monthly benefit. It is badly underclaimed — ask us.

What Medicare won’t do

Medicare does not pay for assisted living room and board. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

Get a real number for your situation

Rates depend on the room available and what she actually needs. Call (239) 537-7887 and we will give you a straight figure on the phone — no form, no tour required first.
